By downloading or using Baby Feeding Diary, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app or any part of it, nor attempt to extract source code or translate the app without our permission. The app, together with all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of the app developer.

Intellectual Property and Content Usage

All content available through the Baby Feeding Diary application and website, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, images, illustrations, icons, software, and any other materials (collectively, "Content"), is our exclusive property or that of our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise through a specific license or written permission, all Content is provided under "All Rights Reserved" terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content without prior express written consent.

Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, privacy, and other applicable laws. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any infringement of these intellectual property rights.

Requests for permission to use any Content may be submitted via our Support page, specifying the Content, purpose, medium, scope, and duration of use.

Service and Pricing

We are committed to making the app as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you without making it very clear what you are paying for.

Data and Device Security

The Baby Feeding Diary app stores and processes personal data that you provide in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this can make your device vulnerable to malware, compromise security features, and may prevent the app from working properly or at all.

Internet and Connectivity

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection (Wi‑Fi or mobile data). We cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi‑Fi or have no data allowance left.

If you use the app outside an area with Wi‑Fi, your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. You may be charged by your provider for data used while accessing the app, or other third‑party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home region without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to modify, reverse‑engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Baby Feeding Diary app, nor to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its related systems and networks. You also agree not to use any automated system or software (including bots, spiders, or offline readers) to access the app in a manner that sends more requests to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period. Any attempt to bypass, proxy, or otherwise interfere with the app's functionality or security features is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Responsibility

We cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. For example, you need to ensure that your device stays charged — if it runs out of battery and you cannot use the Service, we cannot accept responsibility.

Although we endeavour to keep the app updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide some information. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on the functionality of the app.

Updates and Availability

The app is currently available on Android and iOS. Requirements for these systems (and any others we may support in the future) may change, and you may need to download updates to keep using the app. We do not promise that we will always update the app so that it remains relevant to you or works with the version of Android or iOS installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates to the application when offered.

We may also stop providing the app and may terminate your use of it at any time without notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app and, if needed, delete it from your device.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
